Έστειλα γύρω στις 10 επιστολές καταγγελίας για ΠΑΡΑΝΟΜΗ ΧΩΜΑΤΕΡΗ που εντόπισα μέσα σε δάσος στο δρόμο από Κόρινθο προς το αρχαίο θέατρο Επιδαύρου με ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο,σε διάφορες υπηρεσίες στην Ελλάδα σε περιφέρειες, στον ίδιο τον περιφερειάρχη Πελοποννήσου, δήμους,υπουργεία,στον ίδιο τον υπουργό περιβάλλοντος σε 3 προσωπικά του email. κλπ. μέχρι τώρα δεν έχω πάρει καμία απάντηση από κανένα,δεν γνωρίζω τις ενεργείες τους,από την επήρεια μου δεν ελπίζω σε κάτι.
Έστειλα τις αντίστοιχες επιστολές στον επίτροπο περιβάλλοντος Karmenu Vella της ΕΕ και στον Ευρωπαϊκό Οργανισμό Περιβάλλοντος εντός ολίγων ημερών πήρα και από τους 2 απαντήσεις.
ΠΑΡΑΝΟΜΗ ΧΩΜΑΤΕΡΗ
Κύριοι-ες του δήμου Κορίνθου και της Περιφέρειας Πελοποννήσου διασχίζοντας μετά από αρκετά χρόνια την ΕΘΝΙΚΗ ΟΔΟ ΙΣΘΜΟΥ ΑΡΧΑΙΑΣ ΕΠΙΔΑΥΡΟΥ που οδηγεί σε ένα από τα σημαντικότερα αρχαία θέατρα της Ελλάδος παρατήρησα μια παρακμιακή εθνική οδό, σε άθλια κατάσταση, γεμάτο σκουπίδια και μπάζα δεξιά αριστερά, κατεστραμμένες πινακίδες του ΚΟΚ,Μεταλλικά Στηθαία Ασφαλείας Οδών κλπ.
Μέσα σε όλα αυτά αυτό που με εξέπληξε περισσότερο ήταν μια ΠΑΡΑΝΟΜΗ ΧΩΜΑΤΕΡΗ στα αριστερά του δρόμου και μέσα σε δασική περιοχή πηγαίνοντας για Επίδαυρο 6-7 χιλιόμετρα μετά από την Κάτω Αλμυρή.
Παρατήρησα ακόμη εάν και τέλη Σεπτεμβρίου μεγάλη διέλευση οχημάτων με αλλοδαπές πινακίδες, τουρίστες σε αυτό τον δρόμο.
Παρακαλώ όπως με πληροφορήσετε εάν γνωρίζετε για αυτή την παράνομη χωματερή ,ποιος ο λόγος ύπαρξης της και εάν έχετε κάνει τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την απομάκρυνση της και τον καθαρισμό της περιοχής .
Η χωματερή αυτή ευρίσκετε εκεί πολλά χρόνια, αυτό αποδεικνύετε και στο google map που διακρίνετε πολύ καθαρά .
Υπόψιν ότι θα απευθυνθώ σε όλα τα αρμόδια όργανα της πολιτείας και της ΕΕ μέχρι να υπάρξει αποτέλεσμα.

I am writing to you on a matter of great importance.
Driving along the National Highway from Isthmos to Ancient Epidavros, which leads to one of the most important ancient Greek theaters , one can notice a big, ILLEGAL RUBBISH DUMP.
You can see it on the left side, on a slope in the middle of a forest area.
In Greece there are unfortunately many illegal rubbish dumps near forests or by the sea.
The State as well as local authorities are completely indifferent to this issue.
Obviously controls are non existent.
I have sent e-mails to different departments such as the Peloponnese district, the municipality of Corinth, even to the Ministry of Environment. I have received no answer.
I send you photos which justify my concerns.

Commissioner Vella has asked me to reply to your email of 14 October 2017 regarding an uncontrolled waste dump between Isthmos and Ancient Epidavrosin in Greece.
After having examined your allegations I can confirm that such practise is clearly not compatible with the standards set by EU waste legislation. I would like to inform you that the European Commission has already taken legal action against Greece on the matter of illegal waste management across the country, covering all illegal and uncontrolled waste disposal sites.
In 2015, the EU Court of Justice condemned Greece in the case C-502/031 and declared
that it had failed to comply with its obligations under Articles 4, 8 and 9 of Directive 75/442/EEC on waste as amended - now codified by Directive 2008/98/EC. The judgment establishes that, at least, 1.125 illegal or uncontrolled landfills were operational
in Greece, at the time.
Greece is making efforts to close down such illegal sites through the implementation of the recently-revised regional waste management plans and through enforcement action, as necessary. In parallel, the Commission services are working closely with the Greek competent authorites to help them address legal and technical implementation waste management shortcomings.
We expect that this harmful situation to human health and the environment will be eradicated in a reasonable period of time. Meanwhile, the Commission will keep monitoring the situation in Greece.
